In mid-2017, Telenet Business launched the Digitale Versnelling initiative, with the goal of helping 1000 SMEs with their digital questions by pairing them with one of 15 digital experts.


    The process was as follows:

    SMEs could choose a day, and Telenet Business would pair them with one of the 15 experts, one of which was Needle’s own Stijn Martens.
    In each session, clients could explore one of nine digital topics with their expert: email marketing, e-commerce, social media, websites, infrastructure, online security, branding, online advertising, and measurement.
    The expert then provided guidance by answering questions and providing strategic advice tailored to the participant’s needs (digital marketing training, digital marketing strategy).

    More about the results

    Since launching in March 2017, Stijn has given guidance to over 100 entrepreneurs, counselling them across the entire range of digital skills. The campaign has been a massive success, and due to the positive reception has been granted two prestigious awards: the 2017 Mixx Gold Award for Content Marketing, and the 2017 B2B Award for Best Use of Publishing/Content.
